BOOTCAMP ( High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T)):


•break the monotony of constant paced cardio workouts - burn some serious calories fast and effectively•

 

  • 90 day training system run by our Biokinetist, for the person with serious conditioning needs and incorporates a variety of exercise protocols.

  • alternating periods of near maximal exertion with periods of lower intensity work, for a maximal cardiovascular workout.

  • A full body composition, vitals stats, and fitness tests are done on each participant prior to starting and at the end of the 90 day program.


•COMMIT to 90 days: 30 minutes per day, 3 days per week.......
